Every day all of us are facing the same problem.
What are we going to eat today?
We might not think about it all the time, but in that exact moment when your belly sends you the message that he (or she) is hungry, it is in our head and we will have to deal with it sooner or later.
Since humankind is on the face of the earth they have faced hunger and the need for food. In comparison to our ancestors food is rather easily available for us these days. We have so much food that we often have to ask ourselves what to eat and what not.
For me there is no PERFECT way to eat as I think there is no perfect way for anything in the world, what You have to find is a style for you that you can sustain and that you feel amazing and healthy.
I see a lot of people who feel absolutely amazing consuming all these "superfoods" or eating extravagant things. I follow another path. For me eating clean and healthy doesn't come with a high price. I will present to you my thoughts about eating and exercising on a tight budget plan.
